Large cat-fox like creature carved from a single piece of marble. Great detail in the carving including subtle detail in the spine exposing the vertebrates.

Two symbols on the base including a cobra. Underneath the base, there are visible signs of the carver’s chisel marks.

Strong statement piece.  20th Century.
