CONDITION OF ITEMS
Our earnest desire is that you are happy with your purchase. We will do our very best to describe all items as accurately as possible to the best of our knowledge, giving you any known history of the item.
However, before you purchase an item please be aware that all of our items have had a previous life that tells a story, probably having been owned by several individuals over the years.
Hence our items are not in perfect condition and will show expected signs of age and wear, we believe this adds to their charm, character, and individuality.
For this reason, we take several large images taken from different angles so as to present the best overall condition of the item, highlighting any scratches, marks, wear, and blemishes. Please contact us before you make your purchase to make sure you have all the information needed regarding the item you wish to buy. Once you have made your purchase of an item this indicates that you are satisfied with the condition of the item you have purchased.
At times we will sympathetically restore certain items without compromising its authenticity.
All our items do not include delivery costs.
DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS
Larger items will be delivered by a reliable and trusted courier service. Where possible we will personally deliver the item to you to keep the cost of the delivery down as much as possible.
We aim to deliver large items within 3-4 weeks. We will always try to deliver your purchase sooner if we are able to.
When ordering a large item of furniture please ensure that the dimension of the item you are purchasing will be able to go through the entrance of your property with ease, navigating through corridors and internal doors and staircases.
We urge you to inspect the item at the point of delivery for any damage before you accept and sign for the item.
Please contact us for a delivery quote for an individual item or multiple items.
DELIVERY OF SMALLER ITEMS
Smaller items will be dispatched by Parcelforce or DPD tracked and signed for.
We will take care that the items are carefully wrapped with adequate protection.
At times we will be using recycled packaging.
We urge you to inspect the item at the point of delivery for any damage before you accept and sign for the item.
RETURNS
If you wish to return the item please inform us as soon as possible.
You are able to return the item within 14 days of delivery.
We ask that the item be returned in exactly the same condition it was dispatched.
We recommend you return items with a tracked and insured service.
Once the item has been received we will process the refund.
All costs for returning an item will be undertaken by the customer.
